- Workplace gossip is horrible - Cost saving: Management quickly jump to laying off their employees due to cost saving projects, then call them back because of poor planning. - Racial, disability, and gender microaggressions: If you're a person of color / different gender other than "Male" or "Female" stay away, please. It starts from inappropriate comments to preventing you from growing within the company. - HR (Aclara): They do not work for employees, they work for management. - Leadership: Almost none. You won't find leaders, instead you will find status checkers with poor planning, unrealistic expections, and would blame individual contributes for their unrealistic expections.
