Let's see where to start. We use to work 12 hour shifts and then were told we are going to 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday with zero working weekends because our engineer said it was not need. Well he comes back and now we are on 12 hour shifts again. I have watched management run off our Safety Manager, Safety Assistant, Operations Manager, Production Manager, 3 Production Supervisors, Lean Manager, Buyer, Operators. Needless to say turnover and past due (over $5 million) is terrible.
