      1. Vision for the product is great. 2. Nice colleagues who always lend a helping hand when in need.

      1. Poor management style. 2. Management is disorganized. Internal process are deprioritised and unclear directions is given to employees. 3. More of a "BOSS" mgt style instead of a "LEADER" 4. Long working hours needed due to changing priorities from management. This happens within a week or sometimes a few days. Hence, making lots of time to replan and rework. At the end, management question where all the time had went to.

They will be taken in to improve ourselves as a company as well as on the management level, especially in areas that we require improvement on.       Work conditions were good. Doing a lot of work out on the floor and not in the shop on 2nd shift. Over all good pay. Good but expensive insurance.

      Politics and personal were a bit much. Getting off of second shift looked gloomy.
