This alliance is using people as scapegoats. - exploitation is rampant, including unfair salaries, poor working conditions, intimidation, excessive overtime daily/weekly. Staff being moved into higher scoped roles without following proper due diligence/ legal processes and salary adjustments. - corruption in management levels - extremely low morale. Staff are exhausted and stressed. - fakers in key roles. Never held accountable. - executives and key management roles were pressured to invest significant personal money into shares. Further driving unprofessional behaviours, corruption, and bullying. - tech team is grossly under resourced. Senior and qualified staff were removed and company relies on unskilled/ unqualified and junior tech to keep technology going. - company and leadership does not care about customers. They care about image, personal investments, and numbers pushing the revenue.includes cost savings and changes at the detriment of the customer.
