Everything here works against the sales employee. The ONLY people who benefit are the managers who make $10000-$20000+ a month while most sales reps are bringing home checks from $25-$500 per week. The average check is around $200 per week after all the deductions from the company, insurance, and taxes. There are the few HCI favorites who are close friends of the management and make big money. Most do not make enough to call it a living.
