Poor leadership - Recensione dipendente - Mechanical Design Engineer I presso Hubner Manufacturing

This company does great in creating a family environment and the tenure is strong!

The Bid life can be tumultuous at times and some of the reps are not easy to work with.

There truly are a lot of really great people that work here. Everybody is willing to help each other behind the chaos that is provided to us. Benefits are good. Including free lunch, but health benefits aren't as amazing as the company advertises. I've talked with friends and others who describe comparable benefits (though not quite equal.) However basic salary is not equal.

Simply put, we are lacking a leader. The current boss has chased away so many great employees. Not all for the same specific reason I'm sure, but I know for certain that many have left because of current CEO. Many well tenured and important people have left in the past few months - from an knowledgeable engineer that had 5 or 6 years with us, a sales manager that was here for probably longer than that, an accountant, and a great HR person.
