They are not lean or agile but our leadership has been make steady impact and it is getting better - Not a lot of places to hide - clear accountability and transparency into everyone's work. Great if you like that like me, but not for everyone - infrastructure lacking - not a good place to be if you don't like to build capability. The good news is we are building world class capability into everything we do.
