I worked at many other brokerages. This is the best one yet. Overall very satisfied with the mentorship I have received. Was able to double my income switching companies. I used to have to get all my own business and now I am provided a database of leads and contacts that I have used to grow my business as an agent. It is a startup culture, definitely dig that. I see this business expanding a lot in the future as many agents are moving their licenses over.

Have to be self motivated. Pick your own hours. Easy to get lazy— but production in real estate is something an individual agent must hold themselves accountable to.

In training they ask you to fill out a contacts sheet that is in the shape of a triangle and to call everyone in your phone book
Their leads platform is useful but you but they charge you a premium for access to their leads
