I worked at many other brokerages. This is the best one yet. Overall very satisfied with the mentorship I have received. Was able to double my income switching companies. I used to have to get all my own business and now I am provided a database of leads and contacts that I have used to grow my business as an agent. It is a startup culture, definitely dig that. I see this business expanding a lot in the future as many agents are moving their licenses over.

Svantaggi

Have to be self motivated. Pick your own hours. Easy to get lazy— but production in real estate is something an individual agent must hold themselves accountable to.

the commission split is laughable: 70% for agency / 30% for you Lots of turnover new agents every week and more leaving unhappy set up like a pyramid scheme, the owners take large majority lack of communication and agreement on simple rules Owners are trying to accomplish "Selling Sunset" in Chicago but no one has heard of them in the city. they pick favorite agents and take their side no matter what In training they ask you to fill out a contacts sheet that is in the shape of a triangle and to call everyone in your phone book Their leads platform is useful but you but they charge you a premium for access to their leads
