Hudson Creative is truly a wonderful place to work. It is a small but mighty company with people who are extremely talented and have incredible experience and knowledge. The Hudson Family is caring and thoughtful, as well as supportive and friendly. A great company to work at.

Not specifically a con, but it is a small company so each person hold a ton of responsibility. This is an opportunity for growth though, as you can step up and own streamlined processes or entire workflows.

Leadership was always interested in hearing everyone’s opinions and always ready to implement a new suggestions. People were always encouraged to learn new skills that were outside of their job description. You were never bound to any constricts - if you wanted to learn and do something new the opportunity was always there.

Lack of accountability when tasks fell through the cracks.
