Work/life balance was always promoted and truly supported. Development opportunities were frequently discussed and pathways mapped. Leadership made a point of sharing the journey, regularly sought feedback and encouraged open conversation. So many incredible people in the team with a genuine passion for the industry. I remain an advocate for Hudson and would recommend without hesitation. Particularly UpperGround, where I was genuinely inspired by everyone in the group.

No cons to report. I left Hudson to challenge myself. A step that I wouldn’t have had the courage to consider had it not been for my time at Hudson and the support and encouragement from leadership and throughout. I developed personally and professionally here and remain grateful for the opportunity.
