Management isn't great and is often times very slow. Workflow is very slow within your team. There is no organization amongst your team. Someone will do something and find out its already done. Another person will do something without telling anyone. This creates confusion and disorganization. Terrible communication amongst everyone in the team. No one can clearly communicate what needs to be done properly and often times someone doesn't say anything. When I first started out they didn't have my phone setup, no email, and no Skype. This all took a little over a week to get set up when it should have been set up already. You won't get told much if you need to improve, sometimes not at all. If you are performing poorly no one will really tell you what you need to fix and do to get better, you basically have to guess what you are doing wrong without any specification. This job requires a learning curve, and apparently they want you to be perfect right from the get go. You barely have any time to become more proficient in what you do so if you can't adjust quickly to what you're doing don't work for this company.
