Great Pay - Semi good insurance - Great Hours - Flexibility - Promotes from within often.

Going through a lot of changes - they pick a new business strategy every year - Sometimes can feel a bit like high school - HR doesnt send notifications out when people leave so they tend to just disappear. Lack of communication i guess.
