A decent place to work. Compensation is fair and the people are friendly

None really. But recent changes in senior managment causing staff level to adjust again to new focus and set of priorities by managment team.

Great Pay - Semi good insurance - Great Hours - Flexibility - Promotes from within often.

Going through a lot of changes - they pick a new business strategy every year - Sometimes can feel a bit like high school - HR doesnt send notifications out when people leave so they tend to just disappear. Lack of communication i guess.
