      I worked at Hudson Rouge for two and a half years full time and I really enjoyed my experience there. The people are extremely talented and hard working but also love to have fun. Probably one of the best things about this place is the friendly company culture. It’s a great place for a low-mid level creative because you will get a ton of hands on experience with big budget projects. Good work/life balance

      Only one client. This could be a pro in some ways because you get to touch every part of the brand and you build a close relationship with clients however it can get repetitive year after year. Though the work is great the clients are not always interested in “needle moving” work so often, things get watered down.

      Everyone is really nice and willing to help you. Also get to be involved in projects you don't normally do on a regular basis so that can be interesting. Management is also really great

      Produced cool creative. Worked with some brilliant people. Fairly close-knit team. Successes were shared. Interesting dynamic as an agency split between 2 cities.

      despite some reaches towards DEI, there was a lot of listening to older white men talking.
