The current CEO appears to be hiring personal connections into senior leadership roles, creating a leadership layer built on loyalty rather than capability. In the process, some of the most respected and long-tenured people in the business have been pushed out, not for performance reasons, but for convenience. Those who remain are deeply disillusioned and disengaged, with morale at rock bottom. Leadership applies a blanket, one-size-fits-all approach with no apparent interest in regional nuance or market differences. The commercial consequences are predictable: no meaningful new client wins, no pipeline, and no credible strategy to change that. What revenue exists is held together by relationships that pre-date current leadership and is eroding as the people who built them are shown the door. Decisions are handed down without consultation or transparency. Employees receive no pay rises, no bonuses, and performance reviews that go nowhere, while watching a privileged inner circle travel the world on the company's dime. The contrast between what most employees are told the business can afford and what is visibly spent on a privileged inner circle is not lost on anyone.
