Following a number of poorly managed acquisitions and the departure of highly respected, tenured and experienced senior Executives , the newly appointed Leadership team is quickly dismantling all the great work, culture and reputation that made Hudson a company everyone, until very recently, was proud to work for. Despite huge investment in senior appointments, they are losing clients and failing to win any significant new business. Hudson are over reliant on one global client, which they will struggle to retain when it comes up for renewal. The consequences of this would be massive. Share value now drives every decision but the new Leadership team do not have the experience to deliver value to both clients and shareholders alike. Internal communication is non-existent and employees feel stuck in a company that no longer looks after their's or their clients' interests. There is little doubt there will be a mass exodus of highly capable, passionate and valuable talent as soon as there is an upturn in the market.
