Severance package is also the worst, 30 years employees only got 2 weeks compensation. - Benefits are the worst, HSA changed from 1000 to 500, holidays changed to 8 days, It was 9 days before, but if you look around, there is no a 8 days holiday company exists. PTO 14 days. - Salary is pretty low compared to the market, you can barely pay your mortgage or house rent. - Company seems to terminate the plan of development of Geosat network, and changed to 5G, but it seems does not have any specific plan yet. - Merged with a bankrupt company Dish, stock price fell down.
