      Differing areas of work from different projects. Half the work force is below 35 yrs. The benefits are pretty good.

      Promotions are not always fair and people working high profile projects are often favored. Some managers take undue advantage of employees making them work long hours.

      Can survive if you hang out close with the upper management. This is applicable to most of the departments here.

      Politics decide a lot of things. Working hours for the pay is not justified.
