Benefit and perks are worse, much less opportunity for upward mobility, company not focused on employees - the attitude is you get to work for Disney so shut up and be happy, no change management- you are just expected to know things with little to no resources or instruction, don't even get me started on the technology issues. Overall the idea is to do twice as much with 10 times less so don't expect work life balance at all.
