When I started training, things started of great. Everyone was friendly for the first part of my first day, but then it was clear that favoritism and racial bias played a HUGE hand in the way they treat you. A lot of unnecessary discussions on personal matters, inappropriate subject matters, racist remarks, lack of empathy from the trainers, and did everything/said everything in their power to push me out. I tried to mention some of these things to upper management, but they ended up firing me because of it. I am a hard worker and never had to deal with so much mistreatment and was made to feel like I did not matter when I mentioned some of the racist things they were saying and their lack of focused training sessions. Do NOT work here! It will only ruin your mental health and leave you hanging without being given a reason why they let you go!!!
