There are so many....CEO/CTO clueless. Every level promotes undeserving people not qualified or skilled for a particular job. Leadership has literally told employees to lie. Political nightmare, in my Life I have NEVER seen so much backstabbing, lying, unprofessional behavior, immaturity, harassment, bullying, lack of respect or authority. Almost daily violations of research protocol with powers at be covering up. I feel sorry for investors, they are being duped. HLI lies to them and misrepresents what they can do. HLI is so desperate for money, they will stop at nothing. I have personally witness the retaliation of talented good honest employees whose job it was to call attention to problems to fix them...they got walked out or their jobs coincidentally were eliminated. No accountability for the gross abuse of employees clocking in for hours worked that were not worked. Good old “boys club” protecting the outright stealing of the company’s time and money. HR department is ineffective and unreliable. They are supposed to be for the employees...unfortunately they are clueless, ineffective and biased. They play favorites and don’t even try to hide it. I started with free health insurance amoung many other benefits. Company has cut everything like snacks, water bottles, etc and implemented one Saturday a month to work. Classic we want everything but will give nothing in return. Absent bonus and raises for employees, however the C Suite continues to drain the company with rediculous salaries. Worst operational managers I have ever seen.
