It's been a year of transformation since the business changed hands in May of 2024, and the progress has been enormous. The previous board/owner was massively exposed and the business, quite frankly, needed saving from a toxic ego and questionable business practices. And what a way we've come. People are heard, nurtured and appreciated. We have all had an equal stake in the rebrand and I can only see positive things moving forward. Cannot wait to build more magic with the team and see where things go in the next few years. Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL people across the business, in every area. And they have all stepped up in uncertain times and have been galvanised by the rebrand, and there is a LOT of investment and future plans to be excited about.

We are still learning and growing after some serious instability. Some changes are still to be implemented, so if you are change adverse or prefer to work to exacting structure or frameworks, it may be too early in that journey for you. If you are agile, willing to learn and bend with changing process, then you are perfect to help create Human Magic. Changes have created a bit of a legacy of top-heavy project teams and the business would definitely benefit from an injection of youth and diverse ideas moving forward, but this is to be expected given such turmoil.
