The direct management team is incredible The work is meaningful The other lawyers and legal staff are competent

Lawyers are severely underpaid The executive team gives themselves salary increases but won't give front line legal staff cost of living wage increases There is no opportunity to grow The HR department is horrific

They have an inclusive and diverse work environment. They have a friendly work schedule. They try to accommodate employees' needs.

They seem not to be willing to adapt to employees' needs if it affects their budget or if it requires a substantial training investment that is not within their streamlines.
