Fun environment ....good work life balance....small company....good management....involved in community events...pay is decent.....never bored.....time off is good...benefits are comparable to other companies

The weather in upstate ny is awful. Can’t think of anything else...I loved my time at HTC. I would work there again if I meet moved back to the area.

None that I can think of.

wages, pay frequency, incompetent management, lack of supplies/tools necessary to perform essential job functions, miscommunication between managers and executives, heartless HR department that terminates without giving even a single written warning, co-workers do not practice proper hygiene.
