Lots of flexibility, good team culture

Long hours, sometimes lack of training

- work from home - nice coworkers - interesting work

- low pay - layoffs of workers but hiring vp and up levels - terrible benefits; it’s an insurance company and they know how to have employees pay too much (spouse subsidies, extra fees if you don’t do their biometrics screening, even if you go to your doc on a regular) - beholden to shareholders, focused on making money and not necessarily the best care for members - incompetent people in people management - neglected systems that are 30 years old or older
