This company is poorly organized. Most coaches micromanage their staff with minimal professionalism and knowledge. Poor work-life balance. One is expected to work until the work is done and schedules are changed without notice. The work is based on quatity not quality. The pay is poor and health benefits are minimal at best. This is not a long-term job. The moral is at an all time low due to unrealistic pressure from management. Staff is fired or quit everyday due to manadatory overtime or bi-monthly review and performance harassment. Run!
