If your lucky to have a great supervisor that really is there for the employees and will help you grow.Positive work environment and easy going. A supervisor that does not assume negative. Your work flow will be excellent.Be on top of your work don't fall behind and all will be OK.

If you are unlucky to have a supervisor that falls under the criteria: need of skills and how to work with people. Last minute changes and no consideration of current role and tasks that are needed. Demanding that are selfish and are never wrong will stun your growth. If you fall behind because of changes you are proven guilty and will be scrutinized and you will be unable to do your job. It's a shame that such a great opportunity employees are taken for granted and are never to progress. Hostile environment is created and Well being will be affected or discrediting will occur. You are then micromanage until your wheels fall off. Be aware of this happening so remain positive throughout and find another job.
