Great team to work with, they are friendly, work hard and offer good support. Nothing better than a hard-earned beer at the end of the week.

Sometimes long hours in certain roles. Not always sure that clients value the product, some basic UK product updates needed, help automate a lot of their repetitive tasks for clients and they will see more gratitude.

- Convenient location in North Sydney with easy access to transport and amenities. Plenty of snacks and drinks available in the office too - Friendly and supportive colleagues. You'll always find someone to sit down and eat lunch with or have a good chat with - While the business is growing, they're still small enough that you can get to know everyone in the organisation (with some effort) - Business has a positive outlook and while career growth is not always possible, you are exposed to a lot of leaders with experience and guidance for those who ask for it - The business is quite transparent with overall strategy and does their best to keep employees in the loop. All hands meetings are typically quite insightful

Svantaggi

- Workloads can be heavy, with many employees operating at or near full capacity - Internal processes and systems are still evolving, particularly following recent acquisitions. There are still some growing pains as the business continues to consolidate and streamline operations. - Onboarding can be tough - new starters need to be proactive in their learning and seeking assistance. Coming into the office regularly and making an effort to get to know everyone will go a long way to your success.
