The program outlines exactly what it takes to be promoted, and allows each employee to take the driver seat in their advancement journey. If you are a current employee, you can access the program materials and instructions on Paylocity in the County tab. 3. humano highlight - employees are encouraged to share a 5-minute or less video about themselves and anything they would like to share company-wide!
