- I like how leadership is transparent about the business model & targets, and everyone understands how their work connects to commercial outcomes. Making sure we create something that is commercially viable is pretty much the driving force behind all decisions here.
- Lots of smart people with tons of humanoid experience. Opportunities to learn and exchange knowledge.
- pay is higher than expected, especially for a startup. I like my job but I also like money. potential equity upside is a plus.
- Turnover here is actually quite low - with the exception of a handful of people who were laid off this year because of business reasons. Seems pretty isolated though, no concerns.

- Not a con for me personally, but if you are coming from a slow-moving industry (like defense/aerospace / certain big corporations) then our environment can feel chaotic at first. On the flip side: if you are specifically looking to break out of that slow pace, then you will thrive here.
- Processes are still evolving, startup ambiguity can be uncomfortable for some.
