They pay the extra work-hour and do not have to die in work. The Company has future, but it is a slowly growing Company Group. The Company uses new technologies and IT hardware. If you want to find a place where you can spend your time, get your salary, but you do not care about the professional improvement, this is your place.

The leadership is not opened for change or innovation related to management questions. They say they care the opinion of the employees, but in real, nobody cares. They do not want to motivate the employees to stay at the Company and they try to give a low payment, even if they are who requires for manpower. Most of the people leave after 1-3 years. The salary raise is only symbolic, and they try to convince you in every year that the next one will be better, and try to be more patient.

Management doesn't care about you, therefore you won't have your manager breathing down your neck. They pay for Microsoft exams. Stable workplace, you don't have to fear getting fired, even if you are an idiot. You can get a decent kickstarter experience if you are fresh out of school.

Management still doesn't care about you, so you are own your own in every sense. They promise you can learn and keep moving forward, but in reality: - They pay only for the exams, and not courses, nor for a single training. You have to pull out everything on your own from scratch. - You cannot move forward here. Doesn't matter who you are or how pro you are. If you get to change your position here, it is pure luck and nothing else. They don't recognize your achievements, talents or willingness to move forward. Salary is really low compared to the competitive market and don't even try to ask for a raise. They will tell you everything to make you believe that their salary is completely normal and competitive and why you should be thankful to even have the chance to work there. The company makes around 15 billion HUF profit yearly and they pay the people, who are actually carrying their contracts, the salary of a McDonald's worker. Upper management is utterly corrupt and greedy. Check Microsoft news in Hungary. Company had to pay hundreds of millions of fine to the authorities and they used their worker's yearly premium for it. Meanwhile all the management received theirs, whilst openly lying about it. If you want to get something or get somewhere, they ask you to do something first. If you do it, don't expect them to do their part afterwards. Nobody stays here for more than 1-3 years.
