Working at 15gifts has been a great experience. The company promotes employee growth and puts value on collaboration and employee wellbeing. The leadership team is approachable, passionate and welcoming. There is a positive culture that is very valued and unique. I work with some of the most brilliant people I've ever met, the products we are building are exciting, and there is a real momentum to discover new things. There is a good work life balance and flexibility. They are also working to become a more neuroaffirming workplace.

The pace can be fast-moving and challenging, so it is necessary to be able to embrace change. Communication and performance expectations can be improved, but the company is actively working on plans to make this better.

The company is growing and changing so quickly, with the launch of the new product this year there’s so much to do!
