Policing has changed, and not for the better. Not necessarily Humberside fault that they are in the state they're in. The camaraderie is still good

Like I say, policing has changed. I wouldn't join now knowing what I know

Good working hours, depending on the department can be quite flexible. Social job interacting with lots of people

No support, constant workload, inexperienced colleagues.
