Just newly shifted location to breadth good air. Good place for Testers & managerial roles. Few seniors are friendly just to speak only but they are envious & don't help. Afraid that juniors overtake them.

Just few weeks happened company shifted to new place, previously it was very small 3bhk house where there was no proper ventilation to breadth. CEO is a dishonest fellow & propagandist by his claims like company started here only & many more. No Machine Learning nor Deep Learning nor Neural network nor natural Language Processing are used in any one of the apps. Definitely not AI based apps. They don't even have that kind of expertise to work on those technologies. Even future they can't use those technologies becoz there client don't even have that much users to have huge data-sets to apply, None of the apps downloads won't even exceeded more than at least 100 people. Other mobile app developing companies have moved to blockchain technologies & stuffs. They are still stuck in making api calls to lambda function in cloud to get responses that's it. Just like every website startup companies in indiranagar streets we see. No ground breaking thingy happening, which will have huge impact on millions of users nor does our resume boost by mentioning them for good career opportunity in future. Of course the project have great architecture but codes are built so that in future we can't use it . CodeBase lacks readability, too much time consuming to analysis & modify even small things. Seniors are not that smart & implemented small things in very complicated manner & won't tell whats happening there i.e they have copy pasted codes from open sources because they won't even change variable identifier names. Really don't know who taught them to code. Multiple initialization of objects within a block. If try to fix somethings like that error, many bugs arise up everywhere. No nestle nor Akamai they tied up. Just mentioned on site to attract employees like us.

We are not a website development company. If you cannot tell a website from a large, complex IT application - you are far from being a Senior Software Engineer. Architecting, building and running such a system takes really skilful engineers. The system manages loans, connects to identity providers like Aadhaar, credit bureaus, banks, courier services, e-contract agencies to provide loans up to 10 lakhs to a borrower. Keeping the system - one that gives out automated loans of several crores a month and handles their repayment - safe from hackers needs a well thought-through security architecture. And all this is architected, built and run by 2-3 really good, solid, smart engineers. Some other products we built are in the area of blockchain in healthcare, a cryptocurrency portfolio management system handling millions of dollars of investor's cryptocurrency portfolios, a last mile delivery system for a company that is building the one of the world's largest logistics network (reaching out to all of India's villages and tier 3 and 4 towns), a solar engineering system, and a system for Nestle to connect with local communities around their facilities. We recruit carefully and place young engineers into positions of responsibility very early in their career. This also means that people over-dependent on seniors and needing constant help don't really cut it here.
