I came to Hunley from the type of place that makes you take your laptop on vacation and let me tell you, when they say they value flexibility, they mean it. I am encouraged to take time off (they have an awesome FTO policy) and have support when I do. I was able to take my daughter to her first week of school and knew I'd be covered by my team. Being able to put my family first without feeling guilty for it has been life changing. Additional pro, AMAZING benefits. They take care of their people.

Nothing of note, we're growing so there's a lot of work right now but the leadership team jumped on that right away and is working hard to hire what we need.

You will get experience with the practices and culture of a big firm background, with the access that comes with a small team. If you love Deloitte, you'll be very happy here! There is management, not leadership. Rules, not mentorship. But don't worry - there is a lot of "process" in place! Only, the company will not tell you exactly what those processes are because you are so smart, you'll figure it out on your own. Until you get penalized for not doing things according to best practice. Leadership is not transparent. You will never get a direct answer. It is like working with politicians!
