Vantaggi
Wonderful colleagues, solid and unique mission, interesting work
Svantaggi
I'm in genuine shock at how accurate the Assembly article remains in 2026. Little has changed. The CEO no longer yells at the entire staff — he reserves that for his senior leadership team, which is made up entirely of women. He has two clear favorites (both men) who report colleagues' missteps back to him and actively conspire to push people out, either by getting them fired or making their lives miserable enough that they quit. Several people have left on the spot. Transparency is nonexistent. Last summer, following a board meeting, the CEO frantically called an all-staff meeting 30 min early for the sole purpose of telling us "the board and Hunt family support me 1000%." This was a striking claim, given that Lt. Gov. Hunt has gone on record — in an addendum to the Assembly article — calling for new leadership at her father's organization. She made her position even clearer at the 25th anniversary dinner, where she subtly criticized The Hunt Institute for not meeting the moment and failing to carry out her father's legacy.
