Dirty office politics. Fixed office timing 9.30 to 6.30 but that 6.30 is never 6.30 (you will always be in a hurry) Half day salary is deducted if you fail to reach on time. A Lot of negativity. One cannot work in a state of fear. No Work Life balance. Employees are tortured. Partners believe that by giving you a job they have done a favor to you which you cant repay. Employees use outdated gadgets. Hair starts falling out. Demands become too much over the period of time List is endless
