The management in our country don't listen, they treat the employee like monkeys, they don't fallow the first company value "business is people". We don't know were we are in the market mix, we don't have a clear view of what we need to do in order to regain the 1st place in our market. If you resign because you have a better offer they will raise your salary asap. But they have huge difference between salaries of same level employees. Nasty environment.
