The health insurance that we were offered once I started was pretty great. This seemed to be targeted for a slow change in the interest of saving the company more money as they try to become leaner.

Career advancement was not something that was of high priority. Having worked in production and customer service, the work/life balance also seemed of little concern to management. The rewards system did not support the company values and the values were not apparent to the vast majority of employees.
