      I enjoy working for Hunter Douglas. Management is knowledgeable and accountable. Very nice work, life balance atmosphere.

      Svantaggi

      Not great pay. Barely a liveable wage. Raises are not forthcoming. You have to really pursue them. And even them, not very generous.

      There is so much talent with great knowledgeable professionals to work with, they offer great benefits, and bonuses.

      Was bought out by a private equity whom are known to do massive layoffs. They completely changed the structure. New owners are a buy, lay off, overwork current employees with leftover work, maximize profit, then sell type of business approach.
