I work from home. It’s a kind of refreshing change from what I was previously required to do. My branch partners are good to work with, but theyre in the same boat as me. Not the ivory tower.

My main con is that I was sold a bill of goods to join Huntington from the processor that previously supported their program. We have no support in the marketplace and the numbers are excessive. Leadership is extra emotional from my manager up the ladder. It seems the main focus of each person in “leadership” is to climb at the behest of their employees. The unrealistic goals are indicative of a merchant program that’s only to be used to prop up their investment not the long term success of the ISA’s or portfolio. Churn and Burn shop that lives on leases.
