The progress on the re-org is continuing with unknown status. Negative mindset with no confidence towards the whole organization. No career roadmap for individual, except for selective associates who are in bosses' "good shoes". Lack of Leadership and Teamwork. Middle management manipulates their subordinates. No guidance is given, especially in crucial situations. Inflexible thoughts and guidelines. Low self esteem working as either contractors or associates.
