You know what's worse than working for a 30+ management team filled with Boomers? - Working for a company that has 30+ entitled, spiteful, and a bratty management team filled with Boomers. First of all, this company and their HR policies are a trap. They have a 3-month Notice Period. 3 MONTHS! No recruiter in their right mind will hire you with a 90-day notice period. On top of that, if you are on your notice period, you are not eligible for any incentive or commission that the company still owes you for your previous quarters. The only way to leave this company is to resign first and home you get another opportunity while in your notice period. Else you'll spend months without pay hunting for a job. They hire the cheapest of talents, give almost no increments, and borderline exploit you by giving you extra work with no compensation. Because of exit traps and exploitative work conditions, this company has become a retirement home for low-ambition employees. A lot of people have stayed here for 5+ years. The culture is simply toxic. No clarity in processes, expectation to work 15 hours a day, passing the blame on the juniors, and spiteful revenges have made this a super toxic company.
