Still dated as for some process matters. Still working on being 100% green . still printing paper for some positions. Technology is there, just not ready to work in the future with WFH 100%. Currently 20%.

A consistent five‑day work week schedule.

Hussmann may be a recognizable name, but the internal experience is far from positive. Management is consistently reported as disorganized, unresponsive, and disconnected from the day‑to‑day realities employees face. Support from leadership is minimal, and follow‑through on basic issues is often lacking. Advancement is rare, and many employees feel stuck with no clear path forward regardless of performance or effort. These problems contribute to a workplace culture that feels negative, discouraging, and unnecessarily stressful. Stronger leadership, real opportunities for growth, and a genuine commitment to employee well‑being are badly needed. I would never recommend working at Hussmann.
