Meet lots of people, make friends, learn some new things. Most of the other employees were pretty friendly and helpful. Paid breaks.

Low pay, most people start at minimum wage. No overtime, unless you get paid salary, then overtime is pretty much required. I was told we were supposed to get a 25 cent raise every six months, but I never got one the year and a half that I worked there. Even when I asked about a raise to HR and management, they always said they'd get back to me. On top of the lousy pay, you have to deal with a lot of ignorant, angry, and impatient customers.
