The team! Wonderful people and management. Lots of opportunity to develop your skills (in almost any direction you are looking for), and they prefer to promote internally. Their expectations are reasonable and they are reasonably accommodating. They are uniquely positioned in the market and are growing extremely quickly. No cap on commissions potential. Relationships with customers are fun and long lasting. Management is fair.

It takes a little while to build your accounts up to surpass the base commission. Some superstars will for sure expedite the process, but those are few and far between. No WFH option in sales department. So much opportunity and market changes that often it is hard to know where to focus your attention.

If starting your carrier in Pharmaceutical sales and want to have job title on your resume for warm-up. Easy hiring as they always looking for people. HR doesn't do hiring here.

CEO will start his speech with "We are professionals here" which does not match any job title here. You get hired for a job title you looking for and end up doing something that you never had experience with before. Training is kind of a joke here. The Son of the CEO will train you for a week, and walk around the system. But Things are so manually managed here that even after 10 years working here you will never figure out their system even 50%. Good luck if you start any position here.
