Unpleasant environment - Recensione dipendente - Assistant Food and Beverage Director presso Hyatt

Pay is low. The company culture is extremely negative with a focus on strange "trainings" online. There is very little support for employees, little to no training as well. Managers are encouraged to stay in their office at all times of the day and rarely help on the floor. Very discouraging outlook for food and beverage. The employees that went through the Hyatt college program have no real world experience yet run the department and have extreme bias against anyone from another company or program.
