Poor treatment from management, very deceitful and vindictive. Unless you're in the "in crowd" you should expect to be crapped on constantly. If you're not, your job is to service your overlords. That is the only reason you exist, in the eyes of management. Management constantly hammers you to come up with new ideas. And then systematically tears down every idea that everyone ever suggests. They demand wooden tables, but you don't get to use any wood.
