Great learning opportunity of the hospitality industry, decent compensation and great benefits. In the position I am in now, I am learning almost everything there is to know about running a hotel. Despite the fact that it technically an entry level position, I am still learning so much and have access to so much information in the form of reports, training, other departments and management

The Food & Beverage department has a lot of opportunity in the way employees treat each other. Before transferring to where I am now, I started in F&B and it was one of the worst "co-worker" experiences I've ever had. Most of my co-workers had very little respect or empathy for each other or the guests. However the department I am in now is much different and they seem to strive to make sure everyone is happy and content with their job :)
