      This brand is employee-friendly and lot of benefits for employees. Employee engagement is high.

      Svantaggi

      It does not match the brand's standard of a hotel. Working hours are quite longer in a non-busy schedule. 5-star standard does not match with employees and management. HR was not supported by employees.
